The Triangle Builders Guild was formed in 2005 to bring together the best custom homebuilders in the Triangle area of North Carolina. We are local business owners who are invested in the quality of life and the beauty of the area. We demonstrate our commitment by building attractive homes and neighborhoods and by giving back to the community through charitable activities and donations.

In 2005 the members of the Triangle Builders Guild built custom homes amounting to $341 million in sales.

Each Guild member has crafted beautiful custom homes in the area for an average of twenty-four years. Four members are second-generation homebuilders, two are third-generation, and one is a fourth-generation homebuilder. In 2005 the members of the Triangle Builders Guild built custom homes amounting to $341 million in sales. That figure is nearly double the sales volume of the largest national builder active in the Triangle.

Each Guild member has been selected by peer review based on an outstanding track record of ethical practices, successful project management, satisfied customers, and passion and specialized skills for building quality custom homes.
